No. vioiptv.shop is its own seller: the Canadian-dollar plans, the order form and the support inbox (support@vioiptv.shop) belong to this site alone. Other sites using the Vio IPTV name, including iptvio.ca, are separate businesses with their own terms. We can only look up, renew or troubleshoot orders that were placed here, so keep your order email from this site handy when you write in.
Neither. Vio IPTV is a subscription, not a player: after payment you receive a personal Xtream Codes login or M3U link to enter in a player such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or GSE Smart IPTV. V-IP TV on Google Play is an unrelated player app. Old server addresses posted publicly under similar names, such as vioiptv.tk, have nothing to do with this site; a working Vio login only reaches you by email after a confirmed order.
Only the length and what you pay up front. Every plan includes the same live channels, on-demand titles, program guide and catch-up where a channel supports it, and every plan covers one connection. One month is CA$35; three months CA$50 (about CA$16.67 a month); six months CA$70 (about CA$11.67); twelve months CA$95 (about CA$7.92). Longer lengths lower the monthly cost without unlocking anything extra.
A standard plan allows one stream at a time. You may install the login on your Fire Stick, phone and Smart TV, but only one of them can play at any moment. If two people need to watch different things simultaneously, email support@vioiptv.shop with the number of screens and we will quote a multi-device upgrade.
Nothing is charged on the website. Pick a length, fill in the order form with your email and device, and the order continues on WhatsApp. Payment instructions follow by email or WhatsApp; once the payment is confirmed, your Xtream Codes or M3U login is emailed, usually within an hour. If it hasn't appeared after two hours, check your spam folder, then reply to your order email.
No. Each plan is paid once for its length and nothing is billed afterwards. Near the end of your term you can renew by placing a new order for whichever length suits you, or simply let the access stop.
Any device that runs an IPTV player accepting Xtream Codes or M3U: Amazon Fire Stick, Android phones and Google TV, Samsung and LG Smart TVs (app availability varies by model year), Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, MAG and Formuler boxes, and Windows or Mac. The installation guide on this site walks through each one, including how to switch on the program guide.
